Welcome to Island Pony Beach House!

Island Pony is a peaceful and private 2-bedroom cottage located on the white sand beach in Cayman Kai.  It is part of the Gardens of the Kai, a small association of privately-owned houses featuring tropical landscaped gardens and a freshwater pool.  The house (fully renovated in 2004) features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, opening onto a screened lanai with a beautiful view of the beach.  The living room, dining room and bedrooms are beautifully furnished for casual living.  Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a tiled shower, Jacuzzi and screened lanai.  Downstairs, the twin bedroom has its own private bath. Each room has a large walk-in closet. 

The cottage has many amenities including central air conditioning, wireless internet, washer and dryer, use of private kayak, a television and DVD player (VCR available upon request).  Daily maid service is included with your rental.
